The 2025 Student Leadership Conference, presented by the Rotary Club of Lexington, brought together high school students from across Lexington County for a transformative day focused on leadership development and future readiness. Held at Midlands Technical College’s Airport Campus, the conference was a resounding success—uniting students, educators, and professionals for a shared mission: to cultivate the next generation of leaders.

The conference was the product of a shared vision between the Rotary Club of Lexington, Lexington Chamber & Visitors Center, Lexington County School District One, Midlands Technical College, and the American Leadership Academy. Supported in part by a grant from Rotary District 7770, the event focused on delivering 21st-century leadership skills to students who have demonstrated leadership in school and community activities.

This unique partnership highlights Lexington County’s commitment to student success and leadership beyond the classroom.
