Our club is open and welcoming to a diverse group of people who are community-minded servant-leaders.  Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals who share a desire to make our community better.  Member benefits include:

Meeting Schedule: 

The Club meets every Thursday morning from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. at the Country Club of Lexington and breakfast is provided.

Club Service Projects:  

The club hosts two major fundraisers annually. The RotaryFest Oyster Roast, held each spring in late March, supports Rotary scholarships for local high school  students, with over $500,000 awarded to date. In the fall, the club hosts a Golf Tournament, with proceeds benefiting the club and local charities. Additional service projects are also planned throughout the year. 

 In 2025, the club began a new youth service project, partnering with the Lexington Chamber to co-host a Student Leadership Conference for more than 75 Lexington School District One students.

Expectations for Club Members:  

  • Uphold the values of Service Above Self
  • Maintain regular attendance at weekly club meetings.
  • Actively participate in club service projects, fundraisers, and community activities. 
  • Conduct yourself according to the Rotary Four Way Test.
  • Serve on the scholarship interview panel in your first two years of membership
  • Attend club social functions.
  • Be a Rotary ambassador - invite guests to meetings, share Rotary's work, and help recruit new members. 

  Membership Investment:  

  • Upon membership approval, remit a one-time $125 registration fee
  • Remit quarterly dues of $180 (total of $720 / year); dues are invoiced quarterly
  • Each club member is required to sell four $100 RotaryFest tickets
